Terms of Service — ListGCC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ListGCC ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ListGCC is a B2B industrial supplier directory connecting buyers and suppliers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC region. We provide listing, search, messaging, and quote request services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per person or business entity
You must be 18 years or older to create an account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Supplier Listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including business details, product descriptions, certifications, and pricing. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed and may result in account termination.

5. Buyer Conduct

Buyers agree to use the Platform for legitimate business inquiries only. Spam, abusive messages, or misuse of supplier contact information is prohibited.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in AED or SAR as displayed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on ListGCC is owned by or licensed to us. Suppliers retain ownership of their submitted content and grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

ListGCC acts as a directory and connection platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products or services. Transactions between buyers and suppliers are conducted at their own risk.

9. Prohibited Activities

Scraping or automated data collection
Posting illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
Impersonating another person or entity
Circumventing platform security measures
Using the Platform for activities unrelated to B2B trade

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
